Ryan is Born!

2003 brought a special blessing:

Riian El Tareef, born Easter Sunday, April 20, 2003!

	A blessed Easter event! Riian El Tareef was born at 2:15 am Easter Sunday morning, to CLM Da Mala, aka Legacy.
	Legacy greets Riian for the first time.
	Grandma (Anne) watches as Legacy helps Riian stand for the first time.
	It didn't take long before this hearty lad was on his feet. Legacy, taking to motherhood with her usual grace and dignity, was there to assist Riian with his first steps!
	And of course his first meal!
	Tired from all that excitement, they napped at about 5 am.
	Riian meets his Auntie Nan Buckner.
	Grandma was pretty tired too and found the straw to be very comfortable!
	Brumby the cat meets Riian.  Brumby is the sentinal who patrols the farm.
	Aunt Ellen Stara, who assisted at the birth, found the straw pretty comfortable too! Riian and Legacy live at the Stara's "Sun Star Farm" in Canton, Georgia.
	On mare watch since March 18, Anne finally crashes in the straw.

	Ryan's first foray outside - he stayed close to Mom.. for a few minutes..

Riiaan meets his great grandma! He thought she tasted good.
Aunt Laine gave me this head-thing. Grandma says it's a 'halter'. I think I look handsome in blue so I guess I'll keep it on! I tried to shake it off but it wouldn't come off. I think I'll go take a nap now.
